Divined Racing Return Policy

At Divined Racing, every item is made to order with precision and care. Because our products are custom printed and produced on demand, returns are only accepted for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review the full details below before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
We’ll immediately review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

To speed up the process, include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos showing the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Lost or Missing Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe or appears lost in transit, contact us within 30 days after the expected delivery date.
We’ll investigate and send a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, your order may be returned to our facility.

  • You’ll be responsible for reshipping costs after confirming an updated address.

  • Unclaimed returns are automatically donated after 30 days and are not eligible for refunds.


Returns for Buyer’s Remorse or Size Exchanges

Because all Divined Racing products are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

If you wish to receive a different size, a new order must be placed at your expense.


Hygiene & Sealed Products

For health and hygiene reasons, certain products (such as face masks or similar accessories) cannot be returned or refunded once opened.


Custom & Personalized Orders

All Divined Racing products are custom printed and made specifically for each order.
As such, they are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.


How to Start a Return or Report an Issue

Final Notes

All Divined Racing items are inspected prior to shipping.
If a return or replacement is approved, you’ll receive confirmation via email.
Unauthorized, unapproved, or unclaimed returns will not be refunded.
