Divined Racing Return Policy Last Updated: April 17, 2026

Every Divined Racing item is made to order, so returns are only accepted for products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Contact us within 14 days of delivery for a free replacement or refund. Please include your order number, photos of the issue, and a short description. Email: shai@milionz.store

Lost or Missing Packages If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and send a replacement if the shipment is confirmed lost.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses If a wrong or incomplete address causes your order to return to our facility, you will be responsible for reshipping costs. Unclaimed returns are donated after 14 days and are not eligible for refunds.

Buyer's Remorse, Size Exchanges, and Change of Mind Because all items are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. A new order must be placed at your expense.

How to Start a Return Email shai@milionz.store with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief explanation. All items are inspected before shipping, and approved returns will be confirmed by email. Unauthorized or unclaimed returns will not be refunded.
