WHERE IS MY ORDER?

Most made-to-order apparel requires 5–9 business days for production before shipping. U.S. transit is typically 3–7 business days after production, so most U.S. made-to-order apparel arrives approximately 2–3 weeks after purchase. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Start with our Size & Fit Guide. If you are still unsure, contact us before ordering with your height, weight, the item you want, and your preferred fit.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR INCORRECT

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue. We’ll review the claim and provide next steps.

RETURNS & SIZE CHANGES

Most apparel is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or an incorrectly selected size after production. Read the full Shipping & Returns information before ordering.
